Data and purposes
Enquiries: name, email, project description and privacy acknowledgement for responding and precontractual measures (GDPR 6(1)(b)). Service orders: identity, billing address, quotation, acceptance and payment status for performance and legal obligations (6(1)(b),(c)). Administrator credentials, sessions and audit secure the service. Server IP logs and hashed abuse counters support legitimate security interests (6(1)(f)). We do not collect card details.
Recipients
Data is stored on the VPS serving this site. There is no analytics, advertising, Telegram integration or automatic email transport. Correspondence may use the company’s Gmail mailbox under the provider’s terms. Once a contracted PSP is activated, necessary order information is passed to it for payment under its obligations and policy. Provider contracts and any international transfers must be checked before activation.
Retention
Unconverted enquiries: up to 12 months after last contact, subject to disputes. Contracts and evidence: applicable tax and commercial retention periods with restricted access. Admin sessions: 8 hours. Abuse counters: 15-minute windows and periodic cleanup. Web logs rotate on the server.
Rights
Request access, correction, deletion where applicable, restriction, objection or portability at autoestiloconcept@gmail.com. Identity verification is limited to what is necessary. You can complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency, aepd.es. There is no automated decision-making with legal effects or unsolicited marketing.
