Requesting withdrawal
For consumer distance contracts, notify autoestiloconcept@gmail.com or the registered address within 14 calendar days of conclusion by an unambiguous statement sent before expiry. You do not need to give a reason. Separately agreed business contracts may differ.
Refund and early performance
Amounts legally due are returned without undue delay, generally within 14 days after notice, using the same method unless otherwise expressly agreed without extra cost. If you expressly requested performance during the withdrawal period, legally proportionate work actually performed may be deducted. Without the required request and information, that cost is not due. There is no automatic exception merely because the service involves a personalised design.
Other cancellations
Contact the company to agree changes or cancellation in writing and settle work actually delivered under the quotation and applicable rights. Bank refunds are handled with proof through the PSP or bank.
