Provider and scope

Quotation and acceptance
Each quotation states scope, deliverables, schedule, delivery method, net price, tax treatment, tax, total and payment stage. There is no universal tariff or automatic booking. An enquiry creates no contract or payment obligation. Acceptance and the terms version are recorded; a downloadable confirmation is available. Accepted scope and prices cannot be changed unilaterally.
Prices and payments
Amounts in EUR come from the saved quotation, with net price, tax, total and deposit/balance clearly shown before acceptance and payment. A stage payment does not authorise recurring charges or imply full-project settlement. Travel or additional costs must be expressly quoted. Cards are entered at the contracted PSP page, never stored here. Server verification confirms payment; a browser return does not. Manual payments require proof of receipt.
Performance and changes
Services follow the scope, timing and stage stated in the quotation. The company coordinates necessary client information and access. Scope, date or deliverable changes must be agreed in writing before additional charges. Concept imagery is not represented as completed work.
Withdrawal and early performance
Consumers entering a distance service contract generally have 14 calendar days from conclusion to withdraw. Services do not begin during that period without a separate express request. If you request early performance then withdraw, a proportionate amount for work actually performed may be due. Loss of the right after full performance requires the legally required prior consent and acknowledgement. Deposits are not automatically non-refundable. See the withdrawal page.
Complaints
Send the reference and details to autoestiloconcept@gmail.com. Mandatory remedies and consumer protection remain available. Applicable refunds use the original payment method and are recorded as completed only on confirmation; no mandatory forum removes consumer protection.
