Patio Calma
Dining as a place to come together: a generous table, gentle light and a garden extending the room.

The idea and its decisions
Patio Calma explores dining as a room for unhurried moments. The table anchors the composition, while its relationship with the courtyard lets the space breathe outwards.
Dark wood draws the seats into a continuous line. Upholstery introduces a welcoming surface for everyday contact. A stone bench along the wall provides a pause between the room and the garden without introducing another set of furniture.
Glass pendants soften the conversation area and establish a rhythm above the table. Their position would be considered against the final dimensions to preserve views between diners. A light curtain allows the contrast with the courtyard to be adjusted.
The arch and tree belong to this conceptual visualization; they are not requirements for a commission. The same intention could be developed in an urban apartment with a rectangular opening, a side window or planting chosen for the available light.
